While Canada Post is not currently on strike, we are now partnering with alternative carriers that offer faster delivery and improved reliability for most areas in Canada.

For remote locations, we will continue to ship via Canada Post when no other option is available to ensure full coverage and service availability.

To help us deliver your order smoothly, please avoid using P.O. Boxes and provide a complete and accurate street address at checkout whenever possible.

Our store operates online, all orders are being shipped daily from Ontario, Canada.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Fully tracked.

Customer will be able to choose from a selection of services to ship the order. 

Rates shown at checkout are based on customer's address and the order's weight.

We do not currently have a pick-up location and cannot accommodate visits or pick-ups.

Important Update:

U.S. Tariff Changes May Affect Some Orders

Dear Customers,

Starting 12:00 AM on Friday, May 2, new U.S. tariff regulations took effect for goods originating from China and Hong Kong. This includes the elimination of the Section 321 de minimis exemption, which previously allowed shipments valued under $800 USD to enter the U.S. duty-free.

What This Means for You:

Some of our products are made in China or Hong Kong and may now be subject to U.S. import duties and taxes, regardless of order value.

Due to these new tariff changes, we are not shipping orders to the United States at this time. If there are any updates or changes to these regulations, we will review and resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible.
